The National Pork Board named Jerry Flint as vice president of engagement and outreach effective on August 1. Flint, a doctorate in crop science from the University of Kentucky. He joins Corteva Agriscience – the Pork Checkoff in Johnston, Iowa.
Born and raised on his family’s farm in western Ohio and spent his career in agriculture with successive leadership roles in production agriculture, science, analysis, biotechnology, and sustainability. Flint joined Corteva in 2010 and held positions mainly linked to world business management, sustainability, external relations, regulatory approvals, and product analysis and development.
